Craigmore is on the hunt for a dedicated Orchard Administrator to join our dynamic team at Springhill Orchard in Central Hawkes Bay. This is your chance to contribute to our thriving orchard operations and grow with us!
As an Orchard Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our orchard. Working closely with fellow Orchard Administrators and Orchard Management Teams, you will provide essential administrative and compliance support. This includes liaising and coordinating with our Finance, People and Culture, and Health & Safety teams to ensure the effective implementation of Craigmore’s systems and processes on-site.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Orchard Administrators and Management Teams to maintain efficient administrative processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Coordinate with the Finance team to manage budgets, invoices, and financial records.
Work with the People and Culture team to support P&C activities and initiatives.
Liaise with the Health & Safety team to promote and enforce safety standards and protocols.
Assist and champion the implementation of business change initiatives.
We're looking for someone with:
2+ years of experience in an Administration role
Experience in accounting and/or payroll functions would be an advantage
Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with your peers
Ability to prioritize work to ensure all deadlines are met
A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in Horticulture would be an advantage
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
