Job Description
You'll need:
A diploma in horticulture or related field and/or 5-10 years experience in apple orchard management
Proven financial literacy
Be a strong leader with proven management experience
Ability to organise work, and to prioritise daily requirements appropriately
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected along with an adaptive mindset with openness to change
Ability and desire to embed Craigmore's values, leading by example
Must be currently residing in New Zealand and holding a current work visa
